Welcome to BuyMeAVilla. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

BuyMeAVilla is a platform where people can create and share personal Dreams — things they would like to receive, achieve, purchase, build, experience, or make happen. Each Dream may have a fixed financial Goal, and other users can contribute toward that Goal.

The person who creates a Dream is referred to as the Dreamer. People who contribute toward a Dream are referred to as Dreammakers.

BuyMeAVilla is designed to make supporting someone’s dreams simple, transparent, and fun. Contributions are voluntary and are made through the BuyMeAVilla platform using the payment methods made available by the platform.

General Terms

• Users must register for an account to create Dreams or make contributions. Registration is free.
• A Dreamer may create a Dream with a fixed financial Goal.
• Dreammakers may contribute any amount permitted by the platform, subject to the remaining amount required to reach the Dream’s Goal.
• The total amount contributed toward a Dream cannot exceed its Goal.
• All contributions must be made through the BuyMeAVilla platform.
• BuyMeAVilla does not guarantee that a Dream will reach its Goal.
• A Dream may represent anything the Dreamer wishes to achieve, purchase, receive, experience, or make possible, provided that the Dream complies with these Terms and applicable law.
• Once a Dream reaches 100% of its Goal, it becomes inactive and can no longer receive new contributions.
• Completed Dreams may remain visible on the platform for informational, historical, or community purposes.

Dreams and Dreamers

Creating a Dream

Dreamers may create Dreams by providing a description and setting a financial Goal.

The Dreamer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the Dream is accurate and does not violate these Terms.

Dreamers must not create Dreams for illegal activities, fraudulent purposes, misleading schemes, or activities prohibited by applicable law.

BuyMeAVilla does not guarantee that a Dreamer will use received funds for the exact purpose described in a Dream. Dreammakers should therefore contribute only when they are comfortable supporting the Dream and the Dreamer.

Dream Goals

Each Dream may have a fixed Goal representing the amount the Dreamer wishes to raise.

The platform may display:

• Goal amount;
• Amount raised;
• Percentage funded;
• Remaining amount required;
• Dream status.

The amount raised may change as contributions are processed, refunded, reversed, or otherwise adjusted.

When the Goal is reached, the Dream will normally be marked as Goal Reached and further contributions will no longer be accepted.

Dreammakers & Contributions

Making a Contribution

Dreammakers may choose how much they wish to contribute toward an active Dream, subject to any minimum contribution, payment limits, or other restrictions displayed by BuyMeAVilla.

A Dreammaker may contribute $1, $10, $100, $1,000, or another permitted amount depending on the remaining amount required to reach the Goal.

Contributions are voluntary. By making a contribution, the Dreammaker confirms that they intend to support the selected Dream.

No Purchase of a Product or Service

A contribution to a Dream is not necessarily a purchase of a product, service, freelance work, investment, security, or financial instrument.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant Dream page, Dreammakers should not expect goods, services, ownership, equity, profit, interest, or financial returns in exchange for their contribution.

BuyMeAVilla is primarily a platform for supporting Dreams and personal goals.

Contribution Completion

Once a contribution has been successfully paid and confirmed, the corresponding contribution transaction may be marked as Completed.

Because contributions are not conventional freelance orders, there is generally no requirement for the Dreamer to deliver work, submit files, accept a delivery, or complete revisions.

Payments

• All contributions must be processed through payment methods supported by BuyMeAVilla.
• Buyers/Dreammakers may be required to fund their account before making a contribution, depending on the payment method and platform configuration.
• Payment methods may include card payments, cryptocurrency, or other methods made available by BuyMeAVilla or its payment providers.
• Payment processing may be performed by independent third-party payment processors.
• Minimum or maximum payment amounts may vary depending on the payment method, country, currency, or payment provider.
• Third-party payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, blockchain network fees, or other charges may apply depending on the payment method used.

BuyMeAVilla does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular payment method or payment processor.

Goal Completion

When the amount raised reaches the Dream’s Goal:

Goal → 100% Funded → Dream Reached → Contributions Disabled

The Dream may remain publicly visible after reaching its Goal, but additional contributions will no longer be accepted unless BuyMeAVilla explicitly provides otherwise.

If multiple contributions are attempted simultaneously while only a limited amount remains available, BuyMeAVilla may reject, limit, adjust, or refund a contribution to prevent the total amount raised from exceeding the Dream’s Goal.

Dreamer Balance & Withdrawals

Funds received through a Dream may be credited to the Dreamer’s BuyMeAVilla account balance after successful payment processing and subject to the platform’s applicable clearance procedures.

BuyMeAVilla may apply a platform commission, payment processing fee, withdrawal fee, or other applicable fee. Any applicable fee should be displayed or communicated through the platform.

Funds may be subject to a clearance period before becoming available for withdrawal.

Available withdrawal methods may include cryptocurrency, Binance, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or other methods supported by BuyMeAVilla.

Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.

Third-party payment processor fees may apply.

Withdrawals that have already been successfully processed may be final and non-refundable.

BuyMeAVilla may delay, restrict, or review withdrawals where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment reversals, chargebacks, suspicious activity, violations of these Terms, or compliance requirements.

Refunds & Payment Reversals

BuyMeAVilla may process refunds or reverse contributions where required by applicable law, payment-provider rules, fraud prevention procedures, chargebacks, technical errors, or other legitimate circumstances.

If a contribution is refunded or reversed, the amount raised for the associated Dream may be adjusted accordingly.

If a Dream has already reached its Goal and a previous contribution is subsequently refunded or reversed, the Dream’s displayed funding status may be recalculated.

BuyMeAVilla does not guarantee that every contribution will be refundable.

Dream Content

Dreamers are responsible for all text, images, descriptions, links, and other content they publish.

Users must not create or promote Dreams involving:

• illegal activities;
• fraud, deception, or impersonation;
• money laundering or financial crimes;
• threats or violence;
• stolen goods or property;
• copyright or trademark infringement;
• malware or malicious software;
• illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• weapons or other prohibited items;
• activities intended to evade applicable laws or regulations;
• misleading claims about how funds will be used;
• content that violates the rights of other people.

BuyMeAVilla may remove, restrict, disable, or terminate any Dream that violates these Terms or creates a legal, financial, security, or reputational risk for the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use BuyMeAVilla to:

• conduct fraudulent or deceptive fundraising;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• manipulate, artificially inflate, or falsify contribution activity;
• use stolen payment methods or unauthorized accounts;
• circumvent payment restrictions;
• engage in money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• upload malicious files or harmful content;
• abuse, harass, threaten, or defraud other users;
• create multiple accounts to manipulate the platform;
• attempt to bypass platform fees or payment controls;
• use the platform for activities prohibited by applicable law.

BuyMeAVilla may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Communications & Off-Platform Payments

BuyMeAVilla may provide communication features that allow users to interact regarding Dreams.

Users must not use BuyMeAVilla primarily to arrange prohibited off-platform payments or to bypass platform rules, fees, security measures, or payment protections.

Users are responsible for protecting their personal information and should not share sensitive financial information, passwords, private keys, or other confidential credentials through public Dream pages or user communications.

Account Violations & Disputes

Violations of these Terms may result in:

• removal of content;
• cancellation or restriction of transactions;
• temporary account suspension;
• withdrawal restrictions;
• permanent account termination.

BuyMeAVilla reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion where there is a reasonable basis to believe that an account or its activity violates these Terms, applicable law, payment-provider requirements, or the safety of the platform.

Users should first attempt to resolve transaction-related issues through BuyMeAVilla’s available support or resolution channels.

Continued use of BuyMeAVilla constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit to BuyMeAVilla, subject to the rights and licenses granted to the platform under these Terms.

By uploading or publishing content, you grant BuyMeAVilla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and improve the platform.

Dreamers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to publish images, text, trademarks, photographs, or other materials included in their Dreams.

BuyMeAVilla does not claim ownership of users’ Dreams or personal content merely because it is published on the platform.

Third-Party Services

BuyMeAVilla may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, cryptocurrency transactions, hosting, communications, analytics, identity verification, fraud prevention, or other services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, fees, and restrictions.

BuyMeAVilla is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, or decisions made by independent third-party providers.

Digital Payments & Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

BuyMeAVilla is a digital platform for Dreams and contributions and does not operate as a bank, licensed financial institution, investment adviser, or money service business solely by providing its platform services.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be processed through supported third-party payment processors or user-managed external wallets.

BuyMeAVilla does not control underlying blockchain networks and does not control users’ private keys.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible once broadcast to a blockchain network.

Users are solely responsible for verifying:

• wallet addresses;
• blockchain networks;
• payment amounts;
• transaction details;
• applicable taxes;
• compliance with laws and regulations applicable to them.

BuyMeAVilla does not guarantee blockchain confirmation times, network availability, cryptocurrency prices, or third-party processor availability.

Nothing on BuyMeAVilla should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Dreams and contributions displayed on the platform are not investment opportunities unless expressly stated otherwise and legally permitted.

Users should independently evaluate any Dream before making a contribution.

Contributing to a Dream does not create a partnership, joint venture, ownership interest, security, loan, or investment relationship between a Dreammaker and a Dreamer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Platform Disclaimer

BuyMeAVilla provides the technology that allows users to create Dreams and receive contributions from other users.

BuyMeAVilla does not guarantee:

• that a Dream will reach its Goal;
• that a Dreamer will use funds exactly as described;
• that a Dream will result in a particular product, purchase, experience, or outcome;
• that information provided by users is accurate;
• that the platform will always be available or error-free.

Users participate in Dreams and make contributions at their own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuyMeAVilla and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform, user-created Dreams, contributions, payment processing, cryptocurrency transactions, third-party services, or interactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.
